PORTRAITS ON CANVAS

Canvas is the most popular finish for a color portrait. It looks like a painting. The photographic paper is stripped and bonded to canvas and then wrapped on a stretcher bar. It has extensive artwork which gives you the perfect complexion and subtle eye enhancements which sharpen your eyes and make them stand out. The finished masterpiece is then sprayed with a lacquer finish to protect it.

PORTRAITS ON PAPER

The paper finish is a fine art photographic print. The paper finish looks like a photograph. They are custom printed for the best color and density. Retouching is included to soften the complexion. Each portrait is finished with a subtle linen texture, protective spray, and mounted on styrene.

Canvas is handcrafted and has extensive artwork/retouching. It has all the basics of retouching plus: removal of skin imperfections like acne, scars, bruises, age spots. Plus corrective work like stray hairs, glass glare, clothing corrections.

Paper Finish includes basic retouching. Which provides softening eye bags, removing blemishes, scratches, rashes, facial glare.

*The wall portrait will be printed full-frame unless the photographer recommends it to be cropped. The rates above are for color, black, and white, or sepia portraits. Prices are subject to change without notice. 50% deposit is due at the time of the order and the balance will be due upon completion.
